7. Questions & Complaints

Questions, Complaints and Grievances

We will make every effort to clear up any or all misunderstandings promptly.  You are entitled to answers to anything directly related to your job, treatment or your working conditions.  We suggest the following resolution procedure:

1.  Contact your supervisor or any manager.
2.  If the situation is not resolved satisfactorily, please contact the store manager or office manager.
3.  If the matter is still unresolved each employee is entitled to a private meeting with the president for final resolution.

Remember we have no way of knowing what is bothering you unless you communicate with us.  We pledge that every effort will be made to resolve the problem in a fair and equitable manner.  If you follow the above steps no negative action will be taken against any employee for using this procedure.
